I've taken over running my company's social media myself. Tried letting an employee handle it, but posts were irregular and pretty bland, not engaging at all. I'll create the content myself, but I want to automate the posting so I don't forget to publish stuff at the right times. What's the best way to do this? Are there software or services that handle scheduling?

Yeah, scheduling tools are a lifesaver for this. You can knock out a bunch of posts in one sitting, queue them up, and they'll publish automatically throughout the week. Keeps you from scrambling to post something at noon when you're in the middle of meetings. Most of them work across multiple platforms too, so you're not managing five different apps.

The automation piece really helps because you can map out your content when you actually have time to think about it, not rushing to post something between other tasks. Plus you can schedule posts for times when your audience is actually online, even if you're busy or offline yourself. Check out this social media scheduler https://adaptlypost.com/features/scheduling . You can queue posts across platforms, set exact publish times, and see what's working afterward.
