This is my 3rd year into depression, so I guess I am more than qualified to answer this question. I will try to be as much scrupulous as I can in writing everything that I have learned while dealing with it. The first thing is to figure out what kind of depression do you have. Broadly categorizing:- due to some major life event; due to an underlying medical condition; due to vitamin deficiencies. For me, it used to be a major life event. How have I found my way to get well sleep again? My doc has adviced me taking of the zolpidem 10mg . After a 2 weeks course, now I am sleeping like a baby every night.
Great to hear that people are putting effort in getting better and trying to get rid of some extra weight. And it's not only about looking good, it's about you being healthy as extra weight creates conditions for some deseases.
