  The TS-02 is the most common error in brother printers. There are many causes of the Brother Printer Error code TS-02. Some of the common causes are, it might be caused by windows system file damage or Corrupted system files.

  Follow these step to fixing the Error TS-02;

  1. First, you need to check the internet connective.
  2. Unplug the power cable, wait for a few seconds, and then again plugin.
  3. Brother printer does not support a 5GHz SSID/ESSID and you must select a 2.4 GHz SSID/ESSID.
  4. Make sure that must set to 2.4 GHz or 2.4 GHz/5 GHz.
  5. You can use the Brother Printer setup Wizard option from the Control Panel.
  6. Manually by enter the SSID and security information, and then confirm it.

  Brother printers are very useful printer when you need to scan and print documents. But, before using that printer you must know, how to set up your Brother Printer on a wireless network. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Connect the power cable to your brother printer and turn on your printer.
  2. Press the Menu button on the printer control panel.
  3. Use the arrow keys for up or down and select Network and press OK.
  4. Use the arrow keys to select WLAN and press OK. 
  5. Select Setup Wizard using up or down arrow keys and press OK.
  6. Select WLAN Enable option, and select yes to enable the wifi network. Start the wireless setup.

  If your Brother printer suddenly goes offline you will not be able to complete your printing work. You can change your printer from offline to online using the following steps:

  • Go to the Start menu, click on Programs and look for Devices and Printers
  • Select the printer you want and right click to see the printing tasks
  • Remove the checkmark from the option which reads ‘Use printer offline’.
  • Select Brother Printer as your default printer and reboot your computer
