  • About Me The solution was simple. On my Windows 7 machine I clicked on Start, then Control Panel then went into Administrative Tools and double-clicked on Services.
I found the Malwarebytes cannot connect to Service in the list and it was disabled.
Malwarebytes has pushed an update that resolves the issue with its anti-malware software that earlier today prevented some users from accessing the network.
If the update does not resolve the issue automatically, Malwarebytes advises users to shut down web protection, check for protection updates, and restart their computer.
