Posted in the topic How Are You Managing Repair Jobs, Parts and POS in Your Shop? in the forum Products
    November 17, 2024 3:09 PM EST

I’ve noticed that a lot of phone and electronics repair shops still juggle repairs, parts and customer updates using spreadsheets or WhatsApp messages. It works until the workload grows, then things start slipping.

We built Fixitize (https://fixitize.com/features/point-of-sale-software/) as a POS and ticketing tool for repair shops that connects repairs, parts, invoices and customer updates in one place. It saves time and avoids missing parts/job histories.

Curious how others here handle repairs and inventory right now — spreadsheets, generic POS, or something repair-specific?
