  The AOL Mail app on Android is meant to make it easier to access your email account while on the go. If you find that AOL Mail is not working on Android you can use any of the solutions mentioned below to fix the issue:

  • Solution 1: Go to ‘Settings’ on your phone and check for software updates
  • Solution 2: Force stop AOL Mail and then relaunch the application
  • Solution 3: Uninstall AOL mail then visit the Play store to reinstall it
  • Solution 4: Check the mobile network coverage in your area before you use AOL Mail

  If you still cannot fix access your AOL account on your Android phone, you can contact AOL support and ask for additional technical support.
