  Follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the AirPort base station Wi-Fi network.
  2. Open AirPort Utility from the Applications > Utilities folder on your Mac.
  3. Select the desired base station by clicking on it once to make the base station edit pop-up appear.

  Follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the wireless function and directly connect your computer to the router with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Reboot the computer and check for an internet connection.
  3. If there is still no internet connection reboot the router and any modems in use.

  Follow these steps:

  1. Power on the AirPort Extreme Base Station by plugging it in the wall.
  2. Open the Airport Utility app.
  3. In the top left of the AirPort Utility dialog click on Other AirPort Base Stations or Other Wi-Fi Devices.
  4. Click on the Airport Extreme that is listed. 
  5. Click Next.

  • A Mac computer with an AirPort card installed (to set it up wirelessly), or a Mac computer connected to your AirPort Express with an Ethernet cable (to set it up using Ethernet)
  • Mac OS X v10.5.7 or later
  • AirPort Utility v5.6.1 or later

  Use Software Update to get the latest version of AirPort Utility
