If you have applied parental controls on your Amazon Prime subscription and now you have forgotten its PIN, then the only way for Amazon PIN reset is through your Amazon account. You just need to sign in and go to the “My Stuff” section and choose “Parental Controls”. Here, you can change your PIN and reset it by tapping on the “change my PIN" option.
