As per Delta Cancellation Policy, Delta offers a 24 hour cancellation policy for most flights, although this can vary depending on the type of ticket you purchase. For example, if you have purchased a refundable ticket, you are guaranteed a full refund if you cancel your reservation prior to departure. However, if you have purchased an advance purchase ticket or non-refundable ticket then you will only be entitled to a partial refund.
