  If you're not able to see your AOL book contacts, try to AOL desktop Gold upgrade, then check AOL address book appear or not, if not, follow these simple steps to resolve the issue:

   

  • Open to the AOL account and log-in your account.
  • Open your AOL dress book and then select all the entries.
  • Find “CTRL+F” to select all the entries.
  • Replace all the desired fields.
