Choosing a trek in Nepal depends on your interest, time frame, physical fitness and the budget. If you are the first time trekker, elderly or going to trek with family, you can choose a short and easy trek. The base camp treks are for regular and intermediate trekkers. But the adventure treks are for extreme and advanced trekkers.
