1. Quit QuickBooks and download the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
2. Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub setup file from the Downloads folder and start installing the tool hub.
3. Follow the on-screen steps and agree to the terms and conditions.
4. The QuickBooks Tool Hub icon will be visible on your Windows Desktop once the install completes.
5. Double-click the icon to open the tool hub and choose the Company File Issues tab.
6. Click Run QuickBooks File Doctor and choose your company file.
7. If you don’t see the file, click Browse and search to find it.
8. Tick the Check your file option and click Continue.
