So far in the occupation as a consumer expert, UX consultant Auckland has always determined to make the career more advantageous for everyone. They have further gained success in their initiative in countless ways, which includes conducting conferences and giving speeches all across the world, publishing articles and books. They have also gained expertise by conducting training sessions and workshops for employees in many organizations and assisting various clients to meet their goals.

When asked what they would like to be known for, UX Professional London states, they would want to be identified as “this”. The “this” signifies the essentials of a consumer professional as an idea and their objective, which needs to be understood by organizations and designers. It has almost taken the company more than 12 years to put across this in its exact manner.

UI/UX Design Agency Bangkokcoins down 13 of their principles, which throws light on the morals of a consumer expert and their policy, designers, and design. 1 principle coined each year starting from the time of inception, pioneering in the industry of web designing starting from 2012.

ETHIC 1: “Consumer professionals can be defined as the gross sum of all the dealings that a individual has with an organization whether it is customer care, advertising promotion or about service and products. These are determined by the aim of the company, the ethics, and practices they follow, along with the purpose of their products and services and its significance in an individual’s life.”

ETHIC 2: “One can get a great insight into an organization through the details laid about the company and its products. The goal is to pass on these messages to the audience putting forth the ideas and aim properly. Designs cover every minute detail of a project and at the same time ensures every information gets turned into designs.”

ETHICS 3: “Consumer professional has to be well determined with the strategies. The cycle begins with strategizing ideas for developing a user’s lifestyle. Thereby goes on to keep a tab on user lifecycle from thoughtfulness to desertion and past it. User experience aims to follow a vision which would validate and help expanding designs into ideas.”

ETHICS 4: “Consumer knowledge can be defined as the procedure which involves detection, planning, strategizing, defining the vision, iteration and measurement. One needs to be supple in their ideas and should hold the enthusiasm to give innumerable tries up until they reach accuracy.”

ETHICS 5: “Courage is shaped by designs which lead to great services and products.”

ETHICS 6: “Mere logic cannot lead to great services and products. It is often a pinch of courage on your idea of changing the world that will determine one to perform well.”

ETHICS 7: “Similar to a writer, the work of a designer also revolves around stretching, reshaping, stretching and conceptualizing an art multiple times until it turns into a masterpiece.”

ETHICS 8: “Designers do not rely on views but on visions. They aim at teaching rather than commanding. They believe in making their ideas and instincts known each day instead of just relying on guess work.”

ETHICS 9: “Designers aid organizations in changing the world, restructuring the future, generating ideas and thereby making a lot of profit for the companies.”

ETHICS 10: “A designer is also an influencer. User’s knowledge is appropriate only to the user and this knowledge cannot be designed.”

ETHICS 11: “Designers are leaders and not followers.”
