The final stage for qualified applicants to become a Member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is by completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This assessment is to demonstrate a candidate’s knowledge, professionalism, and experience to become a chartered surveyor.
