I’m looking into home care services in Sydney to help my mum with personal care. I worry if I can trust someone with such private tasks. I want carers who are kind and professional. I’ve read reviews and talked to a few but it’s hard to know what it will be like. I’m thinking of asking for references or a trial visit to feel more confident mum will be safe and cared for.
