  Use Belkin Setup Disk -
  1. First of all, you have to connect your Belkin router to your system by using a Cat 5 ethernet cable.
  2. Connect another end of the ethernet cable into the ethernet port of your system.
  3. Now open your favorite web browser and access the Belkin router login wizard.

  Hello,
  Troubleshooting the blinking light issue on your Belkin router:
  1. Make sure the that router is connected to your modem with an ethernet cable via the router's internet (WAN) port.
  2. Unplug the modem from its power source and make sure that it's totally turned OFF.
  3. Unplug your router's power supply, wait for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
