Sharp Home Care provides one-on-one care while in a skilled nursing, assisted living, hospital, or home setting. Our caregivers are available 365 days a year, from four hours a day up to 24 hours, seven days a week. We have specialized programs for Transitional care or rehab to home and giving family afar security that their loved one is safe and has supplies. We recognize that each of our clients has individual needs and so we tailor our services accordingly ... we provide personalized care, not one size fits all templates.
