Finding a quality craftsmanChoosing an estimate for renovation and construction work is a crucial step on which you must not make a mistake. Indeed, choosing the wrong quote for your work can bring several problems not only in the progress of the work, but also later if the building professional has done a bad job. Whichever building professional you choose, you should proceed with caution:
- First, consider how the construction professional handles your work. A bad phone call, a poor face-to-face visit and vague answers may give you the hint that the estimate will be sloppy and should be examined very closely.
- Get several quotes for your work so you can compare. Multiply your contacts and try at least two quotes from competent building professionals for your work. This gives you more choice for quality and price.
- Rigorously examine and compare the quotes for the work you receive to see if they really cover all the work to be done, how long it will take and how you will pay. A signed quotation involves both parties and can lead to many problems if misunderstood.
If you have any questions about an estimate, do not hesitate to contact the building professional who gave you the estimate. In the event of miscommunication and inconsistency, it is strongly recommended that you opt for another estimate. Toronto construction company
Starting a blog about studying medicine was definitely not an easy decision - but one that has changed a lot for me and allowed me to do some really great things. For example, I recently got to go to Berlin to attend the Women for Women Health Award ceremony (post to follow!); the fact that I even got my own name tag was kind of cool:
(to) influence sth/sb - influence something/someone
What is an influencer? "An influencer is a person who has a high reputation due to their strong presence in social media. Influencers are also called opinion leaders because they can inspire their fans for products through their high number of followers or their reach." (see unternehmer.de)
When I read this definition like this, I somehow don't feel addressed at all at first. Is one post per week a strong presence? Does my reach give me a high reputation? And are 13,000 people a high number of followers? It's all a matter of opinion, but what I do know is that I don't really want to influence anyone here. Influence - sounds somehow negative. As if I wanted to force someone to do something, when I actually want to inspire. PCV medical
