  Follow these steps:

  1. Connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Connect your iPad to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
  3. Tap any AirPrint compatible app.
  4. Tap the envelope icon.
  5. Tap “Print.”
  6. Tap “Select Printer.”

  Hello,

  Add a Local Printer
  Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable and turn it on.
  Open the Settings app from the Start menu.
  Click Devices.
  Click Add a printer or scanner.
  If Windows detects your printer, click on the name of the printer and follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.
