how to stop overeating break down right and certainly in diets we can see how easy it is that people crash even as they're doing the same thing they're trying to say you know I'm going to you know completely change my diet in the ourself is or what we how we think things should be or how we think things how we want things to be versus then maybe where we're actually at right right and you know from a just kind of simple perspective on the body uh the body doesn't like extreme changes now it's not good for the body so when I see people who get caught up in this uh you know I guess what they call the yo-yo diet yo-yo dieting what about your exercising yo-yo exercising you know where people will you know do something like I use p90x as an example cuz it's just you know kind of an extreme example right but something where they're doing something really really extreme you know a program like that puts a lot of stress on your body especially for somebody who's going from maybe not being super active to
