    As we already mentioned, fiber, is a basic part in the nutrition of young and older people. Through the stomach they arrive to the small intestine, which they penetrate without any contact (or quite with no contact depending upon their type and origin) and they end up to the large intestine from which they are rejected from the organism.

    This “trip” f fiber through the man’s digestive system has many benefits for organism and the health. Fiber, as they are subjected to a form of small fermentation in the large intestine during the digestion process, they are subjected to a fermentation (sometimes partial, other times total) by various bacteria found in it, resulting to the production of some gases and short chain acids…….which are playing a catalytic role on man’s health! (It is quite like ketosis, or what achieved with ketocharge, but this time with fiber, not fats)

    Some of the most important benefits of fiber on man’s health are:

    • The right functioning of the gastrointestinal system (fight the constipation, feed the large intestine’s cells with energy and reduce the risk of developing cancer of the large intestine, hemorrhoids or diverticulosis)
    • The reduction of bad cholesterol levels in blood (prevent the development of coronary heart disease and improve the lipids levels in blood).
    • The regulation of glucose levels in blood (help the persons suffering from diabetes to control the glucose levels in their blood and delay the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates received by the person through its food).

     

     

     

    NOTE: By regulating the glucose levels in blood, fiber may help even to amore efficient appetite control, so promoting the SLIMMING and the LOSS OF KILOS AND CENTIMETERS!
