About Me I am a registered social worker who provides therapeutic interventions. I have over 15 years of professional experience supporting individuals with a variety of mental health and wellness needs. Your mind and body are connected. How you think impacts how you feel. I believe that effective therapy treats the whole person – mind, body and soul. My goal is to promote psychological well-being and growth by creating a safe and trusting environment for individuals and couples to explore life stressors. I counsel from a solution-focused, client-centred perspective. I believe that counselling provides clients the opportunity to meaningfully explore their experiences, emotions, beliefs, and behaviours constructively, creating an environment for growth.
