  1. Firstly, you must ensure that Windows 10 is completely up-to-date as outdated system files can lead to unexpected errors.
  2. Press Windows key + I to open the Settings panel, move to ‘Update & Security’ and check under Windows 10 Update if there are any pending updates. 
  3. If there is an update, save the files.
