Question is kinda vague and generalistic since videogames are like any other form of entertainment, be it movies or books or TV. A good videogame is successful and makes a lot of money if it offers great gameplay, great characters, great play environment, great graphics and if they run smooth on most gaming platforms. And if it will developed by Top Mobile Game Developers then there will be higher chnace of it getting popular in a shorter period of time and bu this you will be able to make money. It also has to offer a lot of content, future content trough DLCs and enough patches to make the game almost perfect. Take Skyrim for example, it wasn’t the perfect game but offered enough base for modders that you can tweak your vanilla game the way you want and enjoy the rich content it has even more. Same thing for Fallout 4, great game that with lots of content that with mods becomes even more vast and rich.
