  1. Go to the Activity section of your PayPal account.
  2. Click the transaction you want to refund and then click Issue a refund.
  3. Enter the refund amount and click Continue.
  4. Confirm the information and click Issue Refund.

  If you are using an Android device with Prime video playback problem, you can try to clear cache of the app to fix the streaming problem. Open Settings on your device, Tap Apps (Application Manager) > Prime Video. Tap Clear Data > OK. Then you try to stream the Prime video and see if it is working now.

  Replace the problem ink cartridge.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before continuing.
  3. Open the ink cartridge access door. ...
  4. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before continuing.

  Ensure that the HP printer cables are properly connected. If in doubt, turn off the printer, unplug it and disconnect all of the printer cables. Plug it back in and reconnect the cables. Turn the printer back on again to see if the error has cleared.

  Make sure that the printer is turned on and the ink out light is off. Access the Print or Page Setup dialog box and click the Utility icon button, then click the Head Cleaning button. The power light and the ink lights flash while the printer performs the cleaning cycle.
