  Follow these steps:

  1. Open a Web browser and go to gmail.com.
  2. Enter your Google username and password and then press the "Sign In" button.
  3. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Mail Settings."
  4. Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab at the top of the "Settings" page.
