I like the idea of pods being coordinated thru the public school system, which could act as a clearinghouse of sorts, matching staff who for whatever reason aren't in the classroom - teachers or aides who might otherwise be surplused, substitute teachers, that sort of thing - with families in certain age groups or geographic areas, but that would require additional funding: substitute teachers or surplused staff would otherwise be unlikely to be collecting a paycheck but paying for theessayservice would have to come from somewhere, especially given the necessarily small child-adult ratio.
