    Hello,
    Devices and Apps
PlayStation Vue is compatible with Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku, iPhone/iPad, Web Browsers, Android Phone/Tablet, Android TV, and PlayStation. Unfortunately, PlayStation Vue isn't compatible with Xbox, Nintendo, Samsung Smart TV, VIZIO Smart TV, and LG Smart TV.
    Thanks.

Posted in the topic What we need to stream Netflix shows in 4K on Roku device? in the forum Introduce Yourself
    December 2, 2019 4:57 AM EST

    Hello,

To play movies and TV shows from Netflix in 4K, we need:

    • A Netflix plan that supports 4K Ultra HD
    • A Roku streaming device that supports 4K Ultra HD
    • A 4K Ultra HD compatible television that supports 60fps
    • A Premium High Speed HDMI Cable (*not needed when connecting a Roku Streaming Stick+ directly to a compatible TV)

    Thanks.

Posted in the topic Will I be charged for customer service or device activation? in the forum Off-Topic Discussions

No. Roku does not charge an activation fee or charge for support.

Also, our Roku customer support agents will never:

    1. Ask for access to your computer.
    2. Ask for your social security number or date of birth.
    3. Ask for passwords for your computer or your Roku account.
    4. Advise you to purchase any sort of anti-virus software.
