The safety should always be the first priority on your list whether you are taking it from an owner perspective or from a household perspective. This is one the dangerous accidents that you can ever face off. The fire is something which can happen anytime and anywhere. It’s our responsibility to minimize the chances of fire accidents by installing fire equipment. The technology is inventing different types of fire equipment which can be helpful in decreasing the chances of fire accidents.   There are different types of fire equipment’s which are used for different type of fires. The science and technology are spending a huge amount of money on research to invent equipment which can decrease the chances of fire accidents. The fire accidents are the dangerous accidents among all other accidents. It can destroy whatever comes to its ways once the fire gets into flames of fire. It’s advisable to install all the safety equipment at your workplaces, houses, companies and commercial areas. Especially in all those areas which have more chances of fire.   • Fire extinguisher

  This is one of the effective fire equipment which can install at your workplaces and houses. The fire extinguishers are designed for the quick response to the fire accidents. after installation, you have the need of fire extinguisher testing on the periodic basis to make assure that equipment is working condition or not. Besides that, the fire extinguisher is the most useful equipment to control the fire from begging.   The installation of the RCD in the offices are more important because of the safety issues and it our responsibility to have a secure place for the employees. The electricity plays an important role in our life and without the help of the electricity we can't do anything and has it's more beneficial for us but on the other hand, it's more dangerous if we didn't follow the safety procedure about it. We all should know that electric shock could easily get into the fire and it would get worse because the fire could easily get in control but the electric fire could not get in control easily. After the installation of the electric panel in the offices and building it's more important to install the RCD switch in the panel too because the safety of the employees should always be the first priority and it's more beneficial when there would be an electric shock it will prevent the electric fire. The RCD testing is important after every 12 months or in case of an emergency, you can contact professional electrician also.

  What is RCD?

  The RCD stands for (residual current device) and it's mostly used in the electric panel to prevent the electric shock and what basically more important is about this switch is that it will cut the electric supply and in case of any up and down of the electric supply it will automatically turn off the supply of the electricity.

  Secure from electric shocks

  The RCD is specially designed in a way that continuously monitoring the supply of the electricity on both wires and under normal conditions the supply in both wires are equal but in case of any imbalance of current supply or the leakage in the wires. The RCD would automatically detect the problem and shut the supply of the electricity which is more beneficial and prevent most of the electric fire in the offices.

   

  Less cost

  No one wants the additional cost bearing but has its concern about the safety issues then everyone wants to secure themselves and others which are around them. We should never take the electric shocks and electric fire lightly because of it more dangerous than others fire. The installation of the RCD switch is less expensive and yet more useful equipment in the offices and other places that electricity has been using and it's the law of the country that after the construction of the building there should be RCD switch in your electric panel.

  Differentiation from other breakers

  The RCD and another circuit breaker could work same but they both have their functionality such as when there are more overloads the breaker will automatically get down and the supply would turn off but RCD is more different from circuit breaker because it's monitoring the electricity voltage in case of any imbalance supply it will tell you and the RCD testing is important periodically for better life duration.
