Cannabis sativa, however, continues to be illegal due to its high THC content. There is no difference in CBD from hemp vs Prime Natural CBD Oil from cannabis sativa. Cannabis sativa is used for daytime due to its energizing and cerebral effects (like having a caffeine buzz) and could get you high due to the high amounts of THC, but hemp will no longer- because it has little to no THC.
