I think you could try some apps or something like that to get more followers. I also have an acc on instagram where i post different stuff like accessories for men like watches, men's bracelets, glasses, etc and sell them. And when i just started to post this stuff i didn't have high selling and many clients cause my account wasn't popular. So i also was looking for some options to make my acc popular and have more likes and followers to increase my sells. I found a good one, and it was so simple and cheap, like a few dollars for 100 likes and i used that. My statistics increased, i had more and more clients every day and more visits and more sells. So, i think it would help you too.
