slimphoria keto if that works for you then that's great that it works for you but for most people I don't think that it does Watchers I did not want to give that up I said I still want to have my pizza nights because why should we have to give up things that we enjoy you know I mean I know some things we are sometimes we do like pasta I would not take any leftovers home that's how I used to be but now I was like well I'm going to document this so I can help other people know you can still eat out and it's okay I use my restaurant portion
