  Developer Psyonix announced the addition of a 120hz mode to Rocket League on the PlayStation 5 in a post on the PlayStation Blog. The mode will be available starting tomorrow, August 18th.
  
  Players can now choose between Quality and Performance video quality modes through a new Video Quality setting in the Video Settings menu.
  
  4K resolution at 60 frames per second with HDR is enabled in the quality mode. The use of HDR requires an HDR10-compliant display and an HDMI 2.0 cable or better, and the use of a 4K capable display is required to enjoy 4K content. While in this mode, if you are using a 1080p display, Rocket League will render at 1080p supersampled from 4K resolution, a 120hz mode to Rocket League on the PlayStation 5 in a post on the PlayStation Blog.
  
  Meanwhile, Rocket League is run in performance mode with a resolution of 2688x1512 (70 percent of full 4K) and 120 frames per second with HDR.

  The game's user interface is displayed in 4K resolution in this mode. A 4K display is required for 4K playback, as was previously stated. On a 1080p display, Rocket League renders at 1080p supersampled from a 2688x1512 resolution.
  
  A compatible display, as well as an Ultra High-Speed HDMI 2.1 cable, are required for HDR and 120 frames per second.
  
  Even though Rocket League does not yet have a native PS5 app (it can still be accessed through backward compatibility on Sony's current-gen console), it is exciting to see Psyonix release this update for Sony's current-generation console.

  First and foremost, we have a first look at the Animal Crossing: New Horizons manga, which will be released on September 14 by Viz Media. It is the first manga adaptation of the popular video game Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which was originally released in Japan.
  
  Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island is a game developed by Nintendo. In Diary, four humans - a princess (Himepoyo), a bookworm (Benben), an adolescent jokester (Coroyuki), and a perpetually sleepy Guchan - relocate to a deserted island for the first time.

  This manga promises some time around the campfire with Gulliver, some time at the museum with Blathers, some fashion with the Able Sisters, and yes, some time at a night party with Wisp, among other things, Things You Should Know To Start Your Life In Animal Crossing New Horizons.

  This comic collection also serves as a gaming guide, providing some helpful hints and tips, as well as animal profiles - although we already have a comprehensive Animal Crossing: New Horizons guide on our site.
  
  Although this is the only volume of Deserted Island Diary that has been officially announced for an official English translation at this time, two additional volumes have already been published. There are several other Animal Crossing manga that is unrelated to this one that could eventually be released in English - including one that features Tom Nook, Timmy, and Tommy.
  
  Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island Diary is written and illustrated by Kokonasu Rumba, who is best known for her work on the Yo-Kai Watch manga series, which she also wrote and illustrated.
  
  On September 14, Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island Diary will be available for purchase.
